Manufacturer Damaged/ Defective Merchandise Returns

Customers who receive items arriving damaged or receive a manufacturer defect items, may return the damaged item for exchange or store credit. Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model.

Damaged items and/or defective Merchandise must be notified by emailing within 5 days after receiving the order.

In order to properly issue a damaged return, the customer must contact us and request a “Return Merchandise Authorization”.  Upon request, “Return Merchandise Authorization” will be sent to the registered email address. “Return Merchandise Authorization” must be filled out and claims filed within 3 days of the invoice date.  No credit will be issued for “Return Merchandise Authorization” not reported. 

After we have received the damaged item with a copy of the invoice, we will gladly exchange it for the same item or issue a store credit.  If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. 

Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be reported and received within 2 days of receipt of merchandise.

Non-Damaged Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns and exchanges are accepted on items that have not been worn or altered and with all tags attached. No returns are accepted without our return authorization number. All returns must be received within 25 days of invoice date or claims will be canceled.

Dress Return Policy

If you have received your dress and the size is too large or too small, you can exchange the dress one time for another size in that same style and color if the size is available at the time the exchange is requested. The dress must have not been worn and in the same condition as the day of the arrival with it’s original tags attached and intact. Item(s) that is not in the same condition or appears to have been worn, washed, altered, or changed in any way will not be eligible for the exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange you need to contact us within 48 hours of the delivery of your package .  Customer will be responsible for a 10% restocking fee for the exchange of each dress and additional shipping charges to send the new dress back to the customer. Customer is responsible for fees associated with shipping the dress back to us via FedEx or UPS.

The package must be postmarked within 4 days of delivery of the dress. Dress sent back after 4 days or without an RMA on the order will not be accepted and all shipping charges will be charged to the customer.

Please follow below procedure to return dress(es):

  1. Contact customer service at with the alternate size needed within 48 hours of the date of delivery. If alternate size is available axiomFASHION will issue you an RMA number.
  2. Ship the dress(es) back to our Return Address within 4 days of delivery of the original dress(es) and keep tracking number for reference.
  3. Upon receiving the original dress(es) back and if it meets 100% of the exchange criteria , we will ship out the new dress(es) and charge the customer for Return Shipping plus the 10% restocking fee.

Final Sale Items

No Exchanges, Returns nor Credit will be provided for items on “Special”, “Clearance”, “Final Sale”, and/or “Promotional Item”.  Additionally, cosmetics & beauty products, bras, panties, teddies, lingerie, bodysuits, swimsuits, and/or undergarments are non-returnable.

Non Returnable/Exchanges On the following:

Customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the following that is sent back to the customer because it does not meet the exchange policy.

  • Formal dresses and/or Special, Custom, Made to Order dresses ( prepared specifically to customers request by either/and/or of style, size, color, fabric and/or pattern)
  • Sale and/or Clearance Items
  • Jewelry and/or accessories
  • Custom and/or Special Order Items
  • Bras, panties, teddies, lingerie and/or undergarments
  • Cosmetics & beauty products
  • International orders
  • Merchandise not in original condition. (WORN, WASHED, DECORATED OR ALTERED MERCHANDISE SOLD BY axiomFASHION and

Refused/ Unclaimed and/or Non-Damaged Item(s)

Items that are REFUSED, UNCLAIMED or UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS are NON-DAMAGED ITEM and the Exchange/Return Policy does not apply.   Please note that we will charge a 25% restocking fee for REFUSED, UNCLAIMED or UNDELIVERANBLE ADDRESS ITEMS, and the customer is responsible for ALL CHARGES mailing back the return as well as return shipping and handling charges. Customers who are not satisfied with their purchase may return the item for a refund with minus 25% restocking fee.   After 7 days, returns will NOT be accepted. We do not refund shipping & handling charges.

Return and Exchange Procedure

After obtaining a return authorization, fill it out and return with a copy of the original invoice. Send the merchandise and invoice in original package if possible.  FashionMixMatch or is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. (We recommend that you insure the return packages. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves.)

All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. All clothing, shoes and accessories must be returned unworn, with tickets attached and accompanied by the original invoice.

FashioMIxMatch reserves the right to inspect all authorized returned merchandise prior to issuing credit or deny issuing of credit for returned merchandise unfit for sale. 

Return Address

We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Style Fashion Wear is not responsible lost, damaged packages, personal data or items left in returned merchandise.

Additional Shipping Charges

The buyer agrees to pay additional shipping and handling costs for items purchased should the item have to be shipped back.  This charge may also occur if additional shipping is required because the package was either refused or not deliverable to the listed address. This charge shall be the same amount as the shipping and handling cost incurred for the first shipping.  Also, shipments to non-contiguous U.S. addresses may incur additional surcharges.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns and Refusal of Service
axiomFASHION reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular, excessive or unconditional returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular, excessive or unconditional returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

axiomFASHION also reserves the right to refuse sales and service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above. 

Warranty & Repairs

All items sold by are warranted solely by the manufacturer/distributor, except “direct import” a/k/a IMP items. All items needing repair (other than IMP) should be sent to the manufacturer/distributor directly for service. is not liable if the manufacturer/distributor fails to perform warranty service.

For IMP items only, axiomFASHION provides a warranty identical to the provisions and limitations of the manufacturer’s warranty for such items, with the exception of the time period, which is equal to the term of the manufacturer’s warranty.  Your warranty card and/or sales slip must accompany all items.


axiomFASHION will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. axiomFASHION’s liability is limited to to the monetary value of the merchandise.
