Ordered this on Monday 17th August it arrived Tuesday 25th August to the uk. It is exactly like the picture and it is lined. I currently take a British 10/12 and I got XL which fits snug. The frills are lovely and so is the print. Very happy for the price and the quick delivery! Thank you. 🙂
